Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend or access a course, please contact us to discuss possible rescheduling options.

Upon payment, students will receive instructions for accessing their course(s).
All course materials are the property of Experience Nails Academy and are provided for personal educational use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Certificates
Certificates of completion may be issued for certain courses. These certificates confirm course participation but do not replace state licensing or regulatory requirements. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all state requirements for licensure.
5. Intellectual Property
The Experience Nails Academy name, logo, branding, and course materials are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use these assets without written consent.

Experience Nails Academy is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during training, mentorship, or while applying techniques learned. Students are responsible for practicing proper safety and sanitation at all times.
